  Many things can put a strain on family ties. Health concerns, psychological disorders, discipline problems with children, and financial problems are some of the obstacles that can affect any family. Financial problems can have many causes and produce disastrous results when not handled quickly and properly. Families can take many steps to try to avoid problems or to get out of them. Many families experience financial problems due to poor money management skills and unwise decisions about how to use income and credit. Uncontrollable factors such as unemployment can add to financial problems for families. Lack of communication can lead to problems when shopping gets out of hand.   We have different ways to communicate now days which can vary from texting, blogging, calling, actions etc. I personally hate the communication way of texting because I really think that we cannot express our full message. Texting in 2021 is a need and is super common that we could not leave without it, but honestly If I could stop texting and call instead or just see your friend in person, I would rather do that than texting. I honestly hate texting and I am not good at it, and is because I get bored of talking to the people and most of the people try to be “interested” by not answering back immediately. Social media also gives us another way of communicate with the world which would be through videos and posts. I have TikTok and I have a certain number of followers which is more than 200 thousand followers and I can see how I can communicate different things with my videos, and even each video can have different meaning for different people depending their beliefs, habits etc. Also

  Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action. We talk in class more about what causes, types, and ways to manage stress. We mentioned internal and external stress which I basically see as personal stress and stress that comes from other people to you. For example, internal stress for me is when I have to get my things done, things that I personally chose and that most of them are very important in my day. External stress for me is when people or situations in the exterior get you and you get stress from them or they transfer their stress to you. I also think that internal stress is much more important than external and that we can also avoid the external stress by simply not caring about the outer things. Sex

We talked about how sex and other interactions affect how we relate to others or how it affects our relationships. Oxytocin is a hormone that makes us feel amazing and that usually makes us do things that we shouldn’t. Oxytocin as a chemical messenger in the brain, controlling key aspects of the reproductive system, including childbirth and lactation, and aspects of human behavior. That hormone is usually known as the love drug because is usually generate it when the human is having intercourse. That is one of the reasons why people become addictive to sex and that take us to the next point which is why relationships don’t work.   Most of the relationships in 2021 are based on sexual contact instead of really getting to know each other and create an emotional connection. The reason why we see this more often is because how trends have changed and will keep changing to worse. The world wants to make us believe that evil is bad and that temporary emotions is true happiness which we as
