  We have different ways to communicate now days which can vary from texting, blogging, calling, actions etc. I personally hate the communication way of texting because I really think that we cannot express our full message. Texting in 2021 is a need and is super common that we could not leave without it, but honestly If I could stop texting and call instead or just see your friend in person, I would rather do that than texting. I honestly hate texting and I am not good at it, and is because I get bored of talking to the people and most of the people try to be “interested” by not answering back immediately. Social media also gives us another way of communicate with the world which would be through videos and posts. Week 3 Family System Theory

  We all have different family systems and which we don’t even realized, such as symbolic interaction, conflict, exchange, system theories. It is really important to know and recognized each one of the family systems theories in order to know how to solve our family problems.   Each theory has a different problems and challenges and it’s guided to all different types of families. I believe that we can fit in different theories at the same time.   For example, my family will be categorized in the symbolic, exchange and system theories. Symbolic interaction theory because we are shape by certain interactions, interactions like how I grew up like with my family, what kind of interactions we had when I was a child.   Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action. We talk in class more about what causes, types, and ways to manage stress. We mentioned internal and external stress which I basically see as personal stress and stress that comes from other people to you. For example, internal stress for me is when I have to get my things done, things that I personally chose and that most of them are very important in my day. External stress for me is when people or situations in the exterior get you and you get stress from them or they transfer their stress to you. I also think that internal stress is much more important than external and that we can also avoid the external stress by simply not caring about the outer things.
